Who we are

This website is operated by Blissful Consultant Group, a behavioral-health practice consulting firm in Hialeah, Florida. You can contact us at info@blissfulconsultant.com or by phone at (786) 284-5617.

What we collect

• Booking form. If you request an appointment, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your preferred date and time if you give them, and your message. The request is delivered to our business inbox by email (via Resend, our email delivery provider) and is not stored on this website. We use it only to contact you about your consultation. The one exception is the newsletter checkbox: if you tick it, your email address is also added to our mailing list, as described below. Please don't include patient or medical information in the form — this site is for practice owners and administrators, and we don't collect health data here.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe — from the form in the footer, from the Resources page, or by ticking the box on the booking form — we keep your email address and which language you prefer with Mailchimp, the service we use to send these emails. That is all we keep: no name, and nothing about your practice. We use it only to send new articles, and we don't send anything else to that list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately and without contacting us. Mailchimp is a US-based provider that processes the address on our behalf; see Mailchimp's privacy policy for details.
• Analytics. We use two tools to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and Google Analytics, which sets first-party cookies to tell repeat visits apart. We use this data for statistics — page views, referral sources, which services draw interest — not to identify you personally, and advertising features are turned off. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy for details. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your use of this site.
• Spam protection. The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from humans without tracking you across sites.
• Error monitoring. We use a basic error-monitoring service so we can fix technical problems; error reports are technical in nature and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising or remarketing identifiers, we don't sell or share your data, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Your rights

To have a booking request or message you sent us deleted, email info@blissfulconsultant.com and we'll take care of it. To stop receiving the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails — or email us and we'll remove you.
